SHIPPING POLICY

At The Iron Castle, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and transparently. Please review our complete shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery windows, and order tracking.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

  • Confirmation: You will receive an automated order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a separate email with tracking information once your package has shipped.

2. SHIPPING & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Total estimated delivery time is calculated as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days in transit.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Window: You can expect to receive your order within 5 to 7 business days from the date your order is placed.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons, severe weather, or unexpected carrier delays.

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's tracking system to update with live scan data.

4. ADDRESS CHANGES & CORRECTIONS

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you need to modify your shipping address, contact us immediately at support. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we are unable to alter the delivery address.

5. LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking states "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check around your delivery location or contact your local carrier before reaching out to our support team.
